Our LV reactors are dry type iron core three phases or single phase, made by H class copper wires or aluminum foil. Reactors have the features of high linearity, high over-load capability and low losses. Vacuum impregnation by polyester resin material provides better insulation function, high voltage stress, low noise and long lifetime. The number and position of air gaps are selected in order to minimize losses in magnetic core and windings. Limbs, yokes and air gaps are blocked by adhesives and pressing elements designed to reduce acoustic noise. Reactors are equipped with thermal protection to prevent over-heating. The reactors are designed with natural air cooling. All products are passed by EU Low Voltage Directive Certification.
